A very good location..and that is all this hotel had, has or will ever have to offer for any poor unfortunate that stays there...
The general staff were very good in general, but the receptionists were cold, uncaring and basicaly uninterested in any quieries about travel, nightlife, taxis etc. As a solo traveler I was dismaid at their flippant do'nt care attitude.... So I had to ventured out every night confussed and bewildered as to what Budapest had to offer...In the reception one night 2 American guests pleaded with the reception for help as they were hijacked in a local Bar from which the owner ??? demanded €700 from them for 2 beers and the privlege of 2 girls ??? sitting beside them. They were actually frogmarched to a bank machine to retrive money. And after all this the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and displaced himself from any further action........

Nice, cozy hotel. Great, quiet location. Very safe, urban part of Budapest. Even though it’s not in downtown, it’s very close to it. Fair breakfast. Really low price when booking last minute (30 Euro for a twin room, with breakfast).
The furniture and room decoration could be nicer, but for the given price, this is OK.
